44bt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 44bt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of 44bt.club, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms, that you are legally permitted to use online betting services in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of 44bt. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. 44bt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use a 44bt account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44bt strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing 44bt from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for individual users by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 44bt or any of its service providers in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current active self-exclusion applied to your 44bt account.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on 44bt at any given time. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. The following rules govern account registration and management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• 44bt may suspend or close your account at any time if it determines that your registration information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
• You must notify 44bt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

44bt reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

44bt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-market payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank accounts including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amount may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering control measure.
• 44bt may require KYC documentation before processing your first withdrawal. This typically includes a copy of your NID or passport. Failure to provide these documents within 14 days of request may result in account suspension.
• Deposits made using funds that were not legitimately obtained, or that are connected to any unlawful activity, are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
• 44bt is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, bank processing times, or network outages outside of 44bt's control.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 44bt does not support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5Bonuses & Promotions

44bt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to terms that are specified at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 44bt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from a player's account if it suspects that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or in breach of these Terms.
• Free spins are credited to specific games as indicated in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer before withdrawal.
• Cashback promotions are calculated based on net losses within the specified promotional period. Cashback amounts are credited as bonus funds and subject to applicable wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 44bt, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports. More detailed event-specific rules may be published separately and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 44bt does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the event of a manifest error on the part of 44bt.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or voided by the relevant sporting authority, bets will be settled in accordance with 44bt's event-specific settlement rules published at the time of the event.
• 44bt reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using insider information, manipulated odds, or in conjunction with any form of match-fixing or corruption.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to individual events and may vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are available in the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.

Cricket betting on 44bt covers all major international and domestic competitions including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI series, and other events as listed in the platform. Match-specific rules, including DLS method application in rain-affected matches, follow the relevant sporting body's official regulations.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 44bt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account on 44bt, including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the 44bt platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money laundering, depositing proceeds of crime, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 44bt in connection with any activity that violates applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information improperly, or otherwise undermine the integrity of games or sporting events available on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest technical error will be voided.

8Responsible Gaming

44bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All players are encouraged to treat betting and casino play as entertainment only, and to set personal limits that match their financial situation. 44bt provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is frozen and no deposits, withdrawals, or bets are permitted.
• Cooling-off: A temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days can be applied to any account on request. During a cooling-off period, the account is restricted from betting activity but withdrawals of existing balances remain available.

9Account Suspension & Termination

44bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 7.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime detected in connection with account activity, regardless of whether a formal investigation has been initiated by any authority.
• Any request by law enforcement, a regulatory body, or a financial authority for the restriction or disclosure of account information related to an account holder.

10Limitation of Liability

44bt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 44bt takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, accurate, and secure platform operation, 44bt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. 44bt shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of betting opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other event outside of 44bt's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44bt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

44bt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 44bt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights regarding your personal data.

All personal data transmitted between your device and 44bt servers is protected by SSL encryption. 44bt does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations. Data may also be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

12Amendments to These Terms

44bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the changes are material, 44bt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the platform or by email to the registered contact address. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 44bt website at 44bt.club/terms-conditions. The version published at the time you use the platform is the version that applies to your use. If you continue to use 44bt after any amendment has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
